Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CSLB #1143857 covering B-1, C-27 and C-53. We are bonded and insured, and we will provide certificates and license verification on request.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We manage plan submittal, permitting and the inspection sequence as part of the contract on work that requires it.
Will you work as a subcontractor?
Regularly. We support prime contractors on concrete, masonry, site, carpentry and aquatic scopes, and can be listed on your bid.
